Data Processed & Purposes

• App data (goals/routines, entries): stored locally; optional iCloud/CloudKit sync
• Calendar: read/write with your permission (view/create/edit events)
• HealthKit: optional read-access (e.g., steps, workouts) to show progress/goal completion
• Notifications: local reminders (including quick actions)

Storage Duration

• Data remains locally until you delete it/remove the app/revoke permissions.
• With iCloud sync, retention follows your iCloud settings.

Recipients / Third Country

• No disclosure by the app. With iCloud/CloudKit, data is stored with Apple (EU region where available).

Your Rights (EU/UK)

• Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability (Arts. 15–21 GDPR).
