• Simple, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control.

Termination

• The license may be terminated in case of violation of these terms or applicable law; you may terminate use at any time by uninstalling the app.

Changes / Availability

• Features, content and availability may be changed or discontinued; no claim to continued provision. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Lawful Use

• The app may only be used in accordance with applicable laws.

Jurisdiction

• For legal disputes, the place of jurisdiction is Germany, where permitted.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)

• Purchases are made through Apple (App Store); refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content; it may expire if consent is given to start performance before the end of the period and the loss of the right of withdrawal is confirmed.
