Data Processed & Purposes
App data (projects, folders, meetings, notes, settings): stored locally on your device; optionally synchronized via iCloud/CloudKit (iOS) or via a sync file (e.g. OneDrive). File sync can optionally be encrypted (password stored locally in device Keychain only).
This app does not use HealthKit, Calendar, or Push Notification services.
Legal Basis
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract/use of the app) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), where applicable.
Storage Duration
Data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app. For iCloud/CloudKit, storage duration depends on your iCloud settings. For file sync, data resides in the file you selected.
Recipients / Third Countries
No data is shared with third parties by the app. When using iCloud/CloudKit, data is stored by Apple (EU region where available).
Your Rights
You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for the future (e.g. in app or device settings).
