Overview

JCH SSH Client processes data only to establish SSH connections configured by you and to provide terminal and file browser features. No data is transmitted to servers of the developer.

What data is processed?

• Connection data: host, port, username, optional profiles
• Authentication data: password/passphrase input (only used to connect), and imported SSH key files
• In-app usage data: e.g. saved profiles

Where is data stored?

• Locally on your device in the app sandbox.
• Connection profiles are stored locally (UserDefaults).
• SSH key files are stored locally inside the app sandbox after import and can be deleted inside the app.

Network connections

The app only connects to SSH servers you specify. The developer has no access to:

• content of your SSH sessions
• transferred commands or files
• your authentication data
• your server addresses

Tracking / analytics / advertising

The app does not use:

• analytics or tracking services (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase)
• ad networks
• telemetry or usage statistics

Deleting data

• Profiles: delete inside the app
• SSH keys: delete inside the app under key management
• Everything: uninstall the app

California Privacy (CPRA)

• We do not sell or share personal information.
• Data is processed only locally on your device. No data is transmitted to the developer.

US State Privacy (VA/CO/CT/UT)

• We do not sell or share personal information.
• Data is processed only locally on your device. No data is transmitted to the developer.

UK Privacy (UK GDPR)

• If you are located in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR applies in addition to the EU GDPR.
• Your rights are equivalent to the GDPR rights described above (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability).
