What we need for a quick analysis

• Device: macOS or iPhone/iPad (iOS/iPadOS version)
• App version (e.g. from TestFlight)
• Server: host/port (no passwords)
• Key type: e.g. ed25519, whether encrypted, optionally ssh-keygen -l -f <publickey>
• Error details: screenshot/screen recording + exact steps (no secrets)
• Output: if relevant, terminal output from the app (no passwords/keys)
