The IEC 60870-5-104 protocol stack was developed independently and is based on the international standard IEC 60870-5-104 for telecontrol. The implementation was created without external dependencies.

Right of Withdrawal / Refunds (EU/EEA)

• Purchases are concluded with Apple (App Store). Cancellations/refunds are handled by Apple.
• Under EU law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. This may lapse once you explicitly consent to start delivery before the period ends.
• Please request refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Governing Venue

For legal disputes, the place of jurisdiction is Germany, as stated in our terms/EULA where applicable.

Severability

If any provision of these notices/EULA is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
